Vicki Delp is Director of Institutional Effectiveness, Research, and Planning at Wytheville Community College, with broad experience in higher education. Her extensive background includes leadership in academic assessment, strategic planning, data analysis, and program evaluation. Vicki has contributed to various initiatives promoting continuous improvement and student success across multiple educational settings. An active member of the AGA Southwest Virginia Chapter for many years, she has held various leadership roles including secretary, president, and now serves as treasurer.
